Hello to All,

Once I replace the hydraulic cylinder for the main lift arms of the frt-end-loader, does the system bleed-out the air in the cylinder automatically since its been drained when fixed, or do I need to do something?

Thank you very much, tstex

I think it will bleed itself by raising and lowering the loader full travel a few times, and probably curling and uncurling the bucket would help. That's the way it worked on my JD anyway.

BTW, where are you located now? Here in Columbus Texas it is beautiful this time of yr: from mid Oct to mid April, the main heat and humidity is gone.

I grew up in Round Top, lived and worked in Austin for 34 years and moved back in '99. Moved to west Tennessee about 3 years ago---BIG mistake. Wanted to get away from the hot and dry, but it's just as hot here. The dry getaway was successful, as long as you don't mind an inch or two of rain every week and too much mud to do anything outside. And then there's the tornado warnings about weekly........ There's a lot of stuff the Chamber of Commerce don't tell you.

Got the place up here on the market now, and we're looking to move back to somewhere in the Lexington or Dime Box area, anyway somewhere in Lee county.

Wish I were there!!

Wow, small world..living in Rd Top you had to have a few of Royers pies in 34 yrs. Also burned some fossil fuels going to & from RT & Austin.

I'll take the cool over the hot & the wet over the dry any day of the week. Il'l pass pass on the tornadoes. Hopefully you'll get back soon & good luck w the home sale...right now it's a buyers mkt in houston, but not sure in Lee Cty,..pretty territory there.

It'll bleed itself with a few full cycles, may be a bit jumpy at first though.
