hydraulic set up for 3 pt. top link

On my new Dk-50 I want to set up a 9' boom pole & rear adj. forks. I've read some past posts about folks having a hyd.cyl. on the top arm & hooked to remote fittings & how it saved time dismounting & changing the bar length. My question is what specs on the cylindersize,line lengths,fittings do I need to buy at my local Tractor Supply,Northern or Ag supply store?
