Hi, im very new here and also very new to tractors so my questions may seem simple/basic/stupid?? we all start somewhere i guess! And apologies to lots of incorrect terminolgy.
I have a late 60's Massey Ferguson 135, it has pressure control. I am fitting a loader to the front so attempted to fit a diverter valve. There are 2 tubes, one is stand pipe the other is behind it, it has a dogleg bend in it and is supposed to fit into the tee block attached to the standpipe. I can get the standpipe into the pump on its own, but cannot locate the other tube (pressure control tube???) into the tee block at the same time. It will start to locate but will not push down past the o rings i guess. Iam thinking of removing the whole lift cover and whilst im in there change the o rings on the standpipe etc...
Is there an idiots guide to removing the lift cover, preferably with photos??
Hope you can help
Thanks in advance
