Got my hydraulic top link from CCI yesterday. Today I went to my friends hydraulic repair shop to get the hoses made. Total cost including shipping and hoses was under $200.

BTW, this was for my B2710 and I have 3 rear remotes.

Mark sells a hose kit for $30. What did your friend charge?

Mark told me his hoses are 1/2 inch. I went with 1/4 inch with a 3/8 npt fitting on one end and a 1/4 npt on the other to connect to my quick disconnect. My cost was just under $20 for 3 ft hoses.

When you say "male couplers" I presume that you mean a choice of tips like pioneer?? Also, is the eye to eye length (open and closed) of different dimensions to fit different units?

That Daryl is the thing people need to understand. That closed/open length can be especially critical when you use a box blade implement. If the length is too short, you may very well never be able to use the rear cutting blade adequately and if to long, not be able to use the front cutting blade appropriately. I had to take the top link cylinder from my L48 and add about 3.5 " to it. Without that, my box blade was almost useless and my mower would not cut when I backed down to the edge of my pond to mow the weeds. It simply did not allow enough open length to angle the mower down the grade. Rat...

The hoses come complete with a 1/2" male coupler on 3/8" hoses, 35" long.
Some compacts need the 3/8" male couplers and we can make those hoses as well.
