Hydraulic valve question

My 3000 presently has a Cross valve for the loader with the Power beyond port returning for the lift. This works pretty well, not noticed any problems with interaction between the lift and loader. The loader is a little slow due to the low GPM of the tractor hydraulics but it isn't so slow I feel the need to spend the bucks for a front pump.

I want to add a rear remote for a future hydraulic top link. If I get a center open valve WITHOUT a Power Beyond port will it work? (cheaper and one less hose to deal with).

I understand that with a setup like this, if I move the new valve off center the lift won't work but I don't really see a problem with not being able to operate the top link and lift at the same time. What am I missing?

Are you speaking factory remote or adding a valve in series and using that as remote? If added in series you will have to still supply lift after new valve. The lift load will cause backpressure on your new "remote" and unless it's rated for backpressure, will need PB.
If using a factory remote with detent to new valve and sending oil to tank, you'll be ok. I'd just use the factory remote to operate the top link and forget the new valve.

If it is the LAST valve, it does not need to have PowerBeyond capabilities.

Nothing factory, Cross valve is fed off an adaptor block. Thinking the lift is after the loader valve as the power beyond port runs back into the adaptor block. Probably should just get a valve with PB.
