how do i get faster control of my loader going up and down and the bucket as well ? something to do with the orfices ? dont know ?

Orifices, hose size, cylinder size, pump flow, valve. Many things have a bearing on how fast a cylinder moves. Without knowing the tractor or the your setup, it's hard to make a suggestion.

Faster is more volume. Bigger pump and or higher rpms. It could also be the pump in leaking internally, the cylinders are leaking internally or the control valve is leaking internally.

its a L225DT 24hp 4x4 tractor,the pump works fine but is very slow.

You have a plugged filter, waterlogged fluid, poor valve, poor cylinders, poor pump, piece of *** across the pump inlet, etc. Given your other post about broken castings, it sounds like this tractor need a thorough going-over. Had it long?
