hydraulics just quit went down while using auger bit change oil and filters still no hydraulics

You need to give much more information! And maybe use some punctuation, just a little. Did this happen on your Kioti? Is it a 3-point PTO or skid-steer hydraulic auger? Exactly what do you mean by "hydraulics just quit went down"?

Any strange noise? Does loader curl work? Does power steering work?

What drives your hydraulic pump? Can you see if its turning? Why did you choose to change the oil and filter? How many hours are on the tractor? Was it do due for a change or were you just grabbing at straws? Was there any different sound when this happened? Does the engine act like its under load or struggling to pump oil?

Change oil to grab straw no the engine doesn't sound like it laboring i was told since i hadnt change oil yet filters could be clogged the neighbor overfilled the hydraulic fluid I haven't been able to get a copy of the manual to see where the pressure relief valve is too if it's got too much pressure on the line to check that portion of it that's why I changed out the oil because it was over full
