Hydro pedals

Great web page you've got there! It's an amazingly versatile little machine, no doubt.

Thanks. It's the right machine for me. You have to like working on machinery, though, as they are factory direct with no dealers. You are your own support person. :) Factory parts are expensive, but most can be found at other places for a lot less with a little research. If not, factory has excellent track record of prompt shipping. The overall concept of keeping everything out front where you can see it works great. It will not pull like a conventional tractor, but it'll run circles around them for most tasks.

My BX2350 has heel-toe but I rarely use my heel for reverse. Much easier to slip my toe underneath the forward pedal and lift. My heel never moves.

However, when I'm using the rear snowblower it's a different story. I sit side saddle and use my left heel on the reverse (heel) pedal. If my pedals were side-by-side this would be ackward in this situation.

x2

But I really wished they put the brake pedal on the left side and not on the right along with the forward pedal.

Well, I just got back from the World AG Expo and I am happy to report
that many more tractor makers are going to this arrangement.....it is not
just JD anymore. No foot clutch at all so the PTO is engaged with an
electrically-operated clutch, so the brakes are on the left and HST pedal(s)
on the right. Very nice.

Also, there are some makers with a 2-pedal system where they are very
close to the floorboard which can allow some usage while standing. Pushing
the pedals is somewhat downward into the floor, rather than just fwd and
back, if that can be visualized. Of course, a seat occupancy deadman
switch would need to be disabled for standup movement.

Tractor evolution for all to see!

Give the rocker foot pedal a chance, you might even like it in just a short time. I would give it a chance before paying to get new control pedals made.

I agree. I didn't know if I'd ever like the heel/toe shifter on my Harley when it was new. I can't imagine upshifting with my toe after 7 years of heel/toe shifter use.
