Hydrolic Couplers Massey 375

I have a Massey Ferguson 375 and my Hydrolic Couplers are rusted and not functioning. I would like to replace them with a standard coupler but I don't know what thread type and size fitting I need to order to make the switch. Any one encountered this problem before. My local House of Hose cannot match the threads on the remotes on the tractor.

Picture might help. Do you have male of female threads? Can you tell if the threads are straight or tapered? Diameter and thread count (use a thread gauge). Metric or SAE std?
