Hydrolic line change

Hello guys . I think I need to change out the hydrolic pressure return hose on my kubota m6800 that runs from my loader valve box to the transmission housing. When I disconnect will it introduce air into the system and need to be bled? The connections are screw type If so how do I bleed the air off. Thanks for your help

Yes it will introduce air and no it will not need to be bled the air will bleed itself out pretty quickly once you start the tractor
