I agree with the others. There are really no cons. And for road maintenance or dirt work they are a marvel. Like TripleR said, no matter what you have on the 3ph the hydraulic top link will add to it's usefulness and convenience. Even a simple carry. You can make it dump or cradle a log.
I also got my TnT from Brian. His name says it all - Fit Right Hydraulics. He built my side cylinder so that I have more adjustment than any other one I could find.
