Hyperlink PDF manuals / size of pages

Every once in a while when I create manuals for guys, anything over 10 pages I do in a hyperlink (I use adobe pro, not an expert, but I can get by).

When I put documents together from other documents, every once in a while, when you click onto that page, the viewing comes up at something other than 100%.

How do you streamline the entire document so no matter what page you "click to", it comes up at 100% size (or the size I'd like it to be)?

I put a new cover page, opened at 100% viewing capacity and tied it to the general index via hyperlink, and from that point on the general index went to every page viewd at 100% as well. Kicker is, I have absolutely no clue as to why this worked, but it did. The new cover page was an explanation to the recipients explaining the issues I was having and a quick fix on their end when the document was opened, and low and behold, found out it took care of the issue on my end (via hyperlink). I just changed the cover page to some more info via hyperlink and no one will ever know there was an issue LOL
