Repeat after me... "I live so close, I can always come back later."
I had a HF store pop up a year ago on a street that I drive very often. Before that the closest store was an hour away. It used to be that I felt this need to make sure I bought everything I might need because who knows when I'd be in the area again. Now that it's close, I can go buy a single item and not feel the need to get more. I know I'll be driving past again soon, and I can always pick something up later.
