Congrats on your purchase.
After purchasing my land, the first thing I bought was a tractor, even before building a place to store it. Even though now after about 10 years of ownership, the tractors don't get much use, I still wouldn't be without at least 1 tractor.
Other than my zero turn mowers, the other purchase I made that is indispensable is my Kubota RTV. It is used multiple times daily and if I really had to give up everything but 1 item, I would give up my tractors and lawnmower before my RTV. I could hire out mowing and other stuff but the RTV is my legs and my dump truck that enables me and the wife to get all over out property to clean up debris and transport us anywhere we need to go around the house where a truck or car would be impractical.
