I bent one of my loader cylinders (110 TLB)

So is the cylinder still working at this point?? That is crazy that it is bent! Does this happen alot? Your machine must be a horse to have the brass to lift things that will bend the cylinder! I would think it would not lift it before bending it but I really do not know though so it is just a guess. I guess I am wrong.

If something has jammed or seized the fitting where the cylinder rod attaches to the boom it could bend the rod.

I had the very same thing happen to me once with my 3020, and like you, didn't have a clue as to what happened. Only difference was that I put a lot bigger bend in mine.
One possibility is that while one has a loader in the high position, and an "o" ring blows out on a piston, that cylinder can possibly lock up because the pressure will then be equalized in that cylinder. Then when you tyr to lower the loader, the locked cylinder just bends. Only feasible explanation that I can think of. Maybe someone here has a better idea, or better explanation anyway. I know exactly how ya feel. good luck. Don

It still works, but it leaks in the bent area, also alot of spalling where the bend is forcing it's way through the guides.
The dealer is convinced I beat on it somehow.
I told him it's JD's pressure relief valve setting, not mine.
The funny thing is I have lifted things well in excess of the machine's capacity.. 3 months ago, but not lately /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Both attachments are the same pic, it appears.
The two rams appear to have different connections at the front ends. One that is bent appears to have a 'leg' attached that is held up by a pin.
I doubt it had anything to do with the relief valve. More likely had some thing to do with ramming something while the arms were in the raised position and the rams were extended. Either pushing with the FEL high or bumping something against the ram when it was extended.

They are the same connections at the front pin, just on one side is the bucket rollback indicator/leveler & on the bent side it is a stand to be engaged for servicing the tractor. The safety stand is required because the loader doesn't come off.
I would agree that that type of damage could be caused by a high bucket impact. The only problem is all I have done since I got the tractor is stumps. Dig'em out, load them in the dump truck, repeat until tractor is worn out, buy another, then repeat as necessary /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

The dump truck might be the clue. Dropped FEL arms onto side of truck, easily bending the ram rods?
I doubt it was something done under normal use, but would not be surprised if Deere helps with the cost of replacement. That would be like them, is my experience. Wish you good luck.
