I had the very same thing happen to me once with my 3020, and like you, didn't have a clue as to what happened. Only difference was that I put a lot bigger bend in mine.
One possibility is that while one has a loader in the high position, and an "o" ring blows out on a piston, that cylinder can possibly lock up because the pressure will then be equalized in that cylinder. Then when you tyr to lower the loader, the locked cylinder just bends. Only feasible explanation that I can think of. Maybe someone here has a better idea, or better explanation anyway.
