Well not to hi-jack the thread regarding maintenance cost, That 550 I use to run got a new under carriage just before I ran it. The work was done at the deere dealer and after a complete undercarriage roles, rails, sprockets, broken bolt extractions, new bolts and one new idler wheel. A D-6C caterpillar for another outfit got THE same work done minus a new idler wheel. Two completely different size cats, both darn near hit the 20G mark in the undercarriage repair bill, Go figger.
