Price Check I Closed My Eyes and signed for a New Tractor

Alright, It finally happened! It didn't go to bad, but it could've been worse. Signed the papers for a New Kioti NX6010HST Cab w/ FEL with toothbar, Backhoe, 3rd function for future grapple, a 2nd remote on the rear for any future needs, a Woods BB72X, and a Woods BSS72. With a delivered price of ~$49600(rounded up) Standard Financing for 5yrs after price ~60000(rounded up) "yea bank interest sucks". I am happy that the bank even Financed the tractor, but I feel the price was a bit steep. After the major work is done might traded this in for a ever so slightly smaller tractor with the hope of a better financing on the next one. So far the biggest down side is its been 3 week so far and the tractors still waiting for all the parts to show up so they can deliver it. The first payment coming due and haven't even used the tractor.

I will hopefully be posting photos of the deliver soon, then I might be a little happier.

Well, congrats and I hope they get it to you soon. I've been anticipating the arrival of my new 22' 14k trailer, so I share in your pain.

Look on the bright side, you've signed for it and are soon to be paying for it, you can at least change your tractor from "none" on your TBN profile!

You will only pay the full interest if you don't pay it off early. If you get halfway through the payments and have extra cash, pay off that loan.

Why didn't you try Agri Credit or as I have been told lately they are now called something else but still in the business of financing equipment both New and Used. In years past when I didn't have a bank account that was as good they were always easy to deal with and could beat any local banks terms.

Just thinking about this. I hear this a lot on here and it seems to be pretty common for folks to sign for the tractor before it's final assembly/delivery etc. I've bought 2 tractors now from the same dealer and both times, the dealer didn't make me sign anything until basically the day or a couple days at most before it was ready to come home (with the exception of an attachment that had to be ordered and was delivered within another week or so of the tractor being prepped and delivered, rear wheels filled, etc. Guess I'm lucky.

I essentially bought my GC1720 while it was still on a cargo ship. I didn't have to sign anything, until it arrived on the dealer lot and I could touch it. It was prepped and delivered 4 days later.
