Just chain it so something solid (like a tree) , and back up tractor.... Sort of gently jerk it back into alignment...

Captain Dirty is spot on. Come along will put a lot of pressure in the right direction then a 4 pound sledgehammer smack right at the bend. Should get you there. Crescent wrench will take out any twist if needed.
