I have a Wallenstein bx42 chipper. The engineering could use some improving. If you fail to mix what you are chipping(small branches with larger hardwoods) it will jam the discharge shute. Somewhere, someone must have modified this to prevent this problem which ,I think, is caused by the shute becoming too narrow too soon just as it leaves the body of the chipper
