I finally traded for a new 110 TLB on Monday! I picked it up today and will post some photo's on Thursday. I have not had a chance to play with it yet. I had to go in to work today after I got it home. I did drive it off the trailer and into garage. I think I'm gonna like this machine!

Besides others recommendation might want to weld hooks on bucket and get a thumb.

**** that's sexy! When I heard the fate of the 110 I went looking as you did. Units with all hydro options were already not available. So it looks like take what's left or buy used are the only options. Be sure to give us feedback on the new toy!

I ordered the thumb kit, bottom guard, stabilizer guards and three point hitch kit. I have been going over this machine and checking everything for the last two days! I hope to try it out soon! I have learned a lot from you guys on here even before I made the purchase. I can't wait to sink that huge bucket in the ground! If it runs as good as it is heavy then it should run real good!

Sxs, yea I had to lower the boom on the hoe to get under the garage door header. Thanks to all!
