Price Check I got a price 4720

I could not tell you on the hoe. I have never seen one at my place come in on trade. I don't even think we have sold a new one. My guess it might be kind of hard to sell it seperately because it is a speciality item and financing is still pretty good on new stuff.

That is a good price compared to mine. I called the dealer and told him to refigure no trade, I also told him I was looking at another color.

Hi all! I am a newbie here!
Have been reading and researching this site and has really helped.
Been pricing a 4720 with 400 loader, r4's, dual mid & 1 rear scv, front grill guard. My price for this is $29250. the list price was somwhere around $34000-36k.
CHOWL-my dealer list on the loader with 73" bucket was $4400. you are getting a backhoe with your setup for the price I am getting without. I just priced this this afternoon!! Also the list sheet I have that he faxed to me listed the 4320 base machine at $25252.00, add $1000 for e hydro, $340 for scv's, for $26646 list & sale is $22950 with no loader
Cowboy doc, please tell me where you got your price & I will be theree instantly.
Also pricing a 4320, loader & the rest is same as 4720. list on this is $31545 & I can have for the low price of $26600.

My other price is a new holland TC45DA, supersteer, 16la loader,grill guard, r4's 2mid & 2 rear scvs. sale price is $26200.

I think I am getting the shaft on my 4720. HELP. I am getting other quotes & this same salesman sold me in SEPT my 5205 & in 2001 my 4500.
This wont be my 1st tractor. If I can figure it out I will make a profile.
also I am planning on selling 3 tractors & geting 2 new ones.
can go into that later
If I rambled I am sorry. so much I want to say. I am going to verify this all again tomorrow as I am a numbers guy. Also am waiting on another quote.

thanks ZIPP

Zipp, I paied $38,500 for my 4320 with a four in one loader bucket and MX-6 mower.
The mower was $2250 and the four in one was $1500 over the heavy duty bucket. So without these extras the deal was at $34,750. I got the E-hydro and all the extra hyd. to run the hoe (448) and four in one. Hope this helps.

DDT,
IMHO, your 4400, with backhoe, blade, cab sounds to me like it's about $19,500. You said it was a GB loader, and it has 1300 hrs. A lot depends on condition, and your market. Super nice, in a good market could bring over 20, but I don't see 23-25 for it. again, just my opinion.
If you are pricing items to sell seperately, maybe you could get more. That involves a lot of time removing equipment, and making sure all included parts go with the cab, backhoe, etc.
Good Luck!

I did some shopping on my 4320 before settling on a dealer that I liked the best. On any 20 series tractor with tools the price was within a couple hundred dollars. In the end 15% was bottom for every dealer. Maybe that is regional, but I haven't heard prices any different on a bought unit. You can definitely get a higher percentage off buying a 10 series. I figured in 20 years I will forget the price, but I will still have the tractor. Over the years I have never regretted paying more for exactly what I wanted. I sometimes would get a great "deal" (price) on a lesser desired item and soon after end up later buying what I really wanted in the first place.

Thanks for your input. A freind of mine wants my 4400 and loader, So that part is out of the way so to speak. I will need to find prices for # 74 front blade, cab and possibly back hoe.
I am thinking but might be all wet, I have so far and thats OK I don't buy and sell every day. Is the blade and cab worth 1500 each? hoe 5K??
What do you think.

The cab, should be 1500 , the blade, that's a tough one. We hardly ever sell them, and the one I did sell, is out back someplace because the guy wants us to sell it. (he didn't like the way it mounted)
I can't even guess what you could get for that. 1500 sounds high, but depends on who you find that wants one i guess.
The hoe, 5k isn't unreasonable if it's nice. There are some on dealer websites for similar money. The advantage you have is to be able to remove the equipment yourself, and not have to pay a shop to do it. That makes it more feasable than if I was doing the same thing and having to reinstall the attachments on another tractor.
