I got the shaft but wrong size...

I do not see 9/16" listed for shaft sizes though...Maybe it's a metric motor (14mm)?

Kenny may have a point. 14MM computes to .551 in our language. Did you by any chance mic up the shaft before you started filing ? Still .010 smaller than .562 - 9/16"

Scott. No I didnt, I had several pulleys with a 1/2 inch hole. And when they wouldnt fit on, I had a feeling after I ordered the motor that they wouldnt fit. but figured that the hardware store would have a pulley that would fit. I then checked the directions and saw it said 9/16.
