McCormick CX105 Kubota MX 5100 HST,
Had to order a new seat for my yanmar today. The plastic bottom busted out and it just flops around

Mine has a metal bottom? But it also has a huge rip in the vinyl and you can see the foam is ripped too. It's right around the drain. Seat would be waterlogged probably if I didn't keep it under a shed. Probably buy some cheap mower style seat cover for it? And try to make it last another decade. Haha

Duct tape!

Slap it on early, slap it on often!

Flex seal or flex tape whatever they put on the boat bottom. If it’ll hold your bottom in a boat, it should hold your bottom on a tractor.

heck, mine may be metal too. it broke out where the bracket bolts to the bottom.
I haven't taken it off yet. I just ordered a new one.
I guess It's about 14 yrs old with my 250# butt bouncing up and down on it. something had to give !

Checking to see if mine was on a pic.. And sure enough. I was looking for this Pic. for a Previous post also. My bet it's the same seat. Mine is just a couple months of 11yrs. that I owned it. The seat is still in great shape also. Way over 750Hrs. Going by the Tach.... Came from the same place I'm sure.. Think I repositioned the Bracket's or something. That's what it looks like so I could move the seat back. I was 225lbs. then and I was a little cramped in the seat being just a YM2000. It was tight and another reason we bought YM2500. I barely fit..

I live about an hour away from Fredricks Outdoors and remember sitting on the YM2000 and it being very cramped. My YM2001 seems to have much more room.
