Does everything else work correctly?

Do the swing cylinders work under power via the control valve? If not likely a valve body issue or open check valve in the return line

Bruce, we need a little more info. It could be a couple of simple things.
Does it swing under power? With full power? will the swing side-push against a pile hard enough to slide the tractor?
What about swinging "uphill" with only one outrigger down? Try both ways.

What do you suspect? What happened right before the swing change?
Are you a mechanical type person with manuals?
