I have been dreading this day for 20 years

Tomorrow my beautiful little baby girl is getting married. I will be a mess. This horrible guy is taking her away. Well maybe he's not horrible but he is taking her away.
I have enjoyed raising her. She is always the one to challenge every rule you make.
So tomorrow at about 1pm EDT pray for me if you would cause I will be marking a new phase.

Good luck brother, and while you may be dreading this now. Tomorrow you will see your little girl at her most beautiful, and hopefully her happiest day of her life. You will still be the man that she loves and looks up to. I wish you all the best. You are a blessed man, I only had four dirty boys, Haha joking. My girlfriends daughter is getting married in April, and she feels the same was as you do. She is losing her baby girl, and is not ready to let her go.

I will try to post some pics. It may take me a while to get to it.

I always had a routine with all the guys that came calling. I would show them my guns first. I would even show them the hand gun an angry father would use. That alone run off a few suitors with ill intent.
Then I would take them for an ATV ride and show them where I would hide a body if I ever needed to, like if someone ever hurt my daughter.
If the stayed around after that then they had to fill out and application to date my daughter. This application is rather lengthy and usually takes 4-6 years for processing.

If they still stayed around and he did then he probably has good intentions.

Hes really a great guy(but anybody that would take my little girl away probably would kick puppies) so I guess I can't complain(didn't help I already tried). Less than 12 hours and counting. Say a prayer for me I will not do well.

We have 2 sons. Both are children to be proud of. They stole daughters from Fathers/Parents like you. One has been married for over 25 years the other over 10.
These ladies have been a great addition to our family. Plus the grand kids. Life gets better as the family grows. :thumbsup:

:laughing::laughing: I always tell my wife and family that when the time comes for our 2 daughters, the first thing I will do with the young "fellas" is to show them the gun collection.......~yes, this one will put small holes in someone, this one will make small entry holes, but really large exit holes, etc. etc.~ haven't thought about the ride around the property, I like that one

I don't look forward to that day either but I guess it's inevitable....at least I've got several years before I'm there.
Best of luck, try and enjoy the moment,just think how excited your daughter will be and share in her excitement. And, you'll never get the moments in history back! :thumbsup:
