After spending 2 hrs clearing up snow piles left by snow plow man... I already wish I had bigger. Snow piles 6 feet high with chunks of snow and ice stopped the 30 in it's tracks. Guess I shouldn't have tried to pick the pile from the bottom. :) I must say I LOVE the fine speed control with the HST. I have found one thing that I don't like, when I do a full dump on the loader, my hand hits the grab rail on the fender. :( Does anybody know if there is there a way to make the FEL control taller?

You can loosen the jamb nut in the boot and rotate the joystick so the bend angle is a bit forward of the grab handle. Find the angle you like best.

Not to start the loader thing again, but did the dealer put a kit on your loader?

To add to Gittyup's.......

Once you get the handle set you may consider applying a small squirt of loctite on the jamb nuts so they don't loosen up. Mine is set up just the opposite of yours, the bend in the handle is toward the seat. The actual adjustment is quite simple however you need to disassemble all the parts around the joystick to get to the jamb nuts. If the jamb nuts are already loose, a blind short cut is possible by turning the joystick, feeling for the jamb nuts to tighten up against each other.

Thanks for the headsup on rotating the handle.
Ohhh noo.. not the dreaded loader thing :) --- Yes, my dealer put the kit on my loader. He said he puts them on all 130 loaders that come through his shop, if they are cracked or not. I don't know if mine is cracked, I'm not removing the kit to find out... there are lots of bolts holding it on. He said he feels it is a better, more secure, design than what they had for the 120's. He gave me the impression that he has done 15-20, he did say that the kit didn't fit correctly on one loader. He didn't say what he did about it.
