Building a house will also interfere with bodybuilding. I have been doing it for 25 years and now not so much bodybuilding/power lifting as just trying to stay physically fit. My workouts have suffered in that it take me 2 weeks to get in 1 week of of workouts. But just remember your muscle has "good memory" so if you had the size before it will return faster than if you were just starting out.

I have been doing this for a long time and my body know where it is suppose to be. I have a very nice gym in my home & I am trying to get back on my routine. I am more into fitness more than anything these days. I am very muscular & lean but not big. I am always close to where I want to be. I have lost more wt than usual but I don't think that will hurt me. I have a beach body. I tend to be very cut and I like my abs riped but not huge. as long as I have good separation I'm happy
