My dealer is looking into to one for me, the ones with hydraulics aren't cheap, but I bet they are worth it!

They are indeed. :thumbsup: I would highly recommend top & tilt hydraulics for your 3pt and at least a hydraulic for angling your rear blade. Now remotes are another cost for you.:( The hydraulic rear blades can be purchased without the hydraulics. You can save a few $$$ to start with and then add hydraulics at a later date. At least that way you will have a good blade to start with.

Here is a pic of my first none hydraulic blade that was middle of the road quality and a picture of my Land Pride hydraulic capable blade that is top of the line. The Land Pride works much better due to being tight and weighing much more.

My Mahindra 3215 is about the same size as your Bobcat, just a tad smaller. You will find that a "TnT" setup for your tractor is just about a must have if you are going to do much grading.
