I've heard of tipping a little to get every bit out for an oil change. Hope you tipped the right side.

Things like that can happen pretty fast, especially if you're not paying attention to every little detail or spilled your coffee. One thing I noticed is there's not a drop of oil coming out of that CAT anywhere around...impressive.
Is that your coffee cup and maybe a fire extinguisher that went flying out in that first pic?
What happened? Looks like maybe you got your right track up on that dirt pile with your loader way up in the air? And how are you going to get it back upright now?
Sure glad you are OK, I presume.

My stab at it,,,,

Trying to get the last bit of coffee before actually starting, getting into position.

Spilled coffee, got distracted, little slope and start lifting bucket without realizing it.

Bucket got high, still fooling with coffee, burned hand or crotch, and got on that little incline with the bucket high and it went over faster than you could blink an eye.

How did I do Dirtworks?

You ok?

When growing up I remember we watched these two guys with early bobcats work in the cinder block factory on the piles.

About once a week you would see one of them roll down the pile of gravel / sand / rock etc.

The other guy would drive over, scoop under him (rolled driver still in the cab) lift him upright and they would go at it again.

I can remember thinking how cool that would be too have for a job (I was probably 13 or so)

Now I think I would need a bathroom break and a change of clothes if I rolled my bobcat.

I spilled my coffee.

Wow, You got all of us stomped  I hope that you are doing well under the circumstance and no permanent harm came to you:)

I keep looking at the pics and the terrain does not provide any clues worthy enough for my untrained eyes. I see a bit of the hill in the background but not convinced you were on it. I see the loader is raised very high probably just before the accident and no sign of what you were carrying in the loader bucket. If I had to guess, I'd say you spilled the hot coffee on you, lost concentration and manipulated the loader control in the manner that Hyd motor for left and right track stated doing squirrelly things and while you were being whipped around you grabbed the loader control or leaned against it causing the loader arm to extend that high and finally you landed doing the "Curley thing:D " on the ground.

we all appreciate the skinny on the incident:)

PS. hot coffee (specially from McDonald)+ operating machinery= sue happy lawyer and chance for some cha-ching :) $$$:D

My $.002

You where picking up a heavy object, not in the bucket. But with chains. Thats why the loader was so hi. to keep the object from dragging.
You either dumped it, or it fell out, as you where backing and turning.
