That's right, and I have no problem with it. Now, I would (and do) wear my seatbelt at all times, but I've never worn a hard hat. Maybe I should but I don't.

Again, the point is Mahindra is showing real people using real tractors in real situations. I like it. I'm just surprised the corporate stuffed shirts didn't wuss it all up. Maybe the corporate guys at Mahindra USA wear flannel shirts and overalls.

Lawyers typically review commercial material and come up with the fine print to relieve them of all responsibility of lawsuits when some dufuss kills himself pushing a tree over. And I personally think using a CUT or a utility tractor to push over trees is inherently dangerous and not what the machine is made for. I think it is extremely hard on the machine too. (I know because I've done it, a lot, with my little 45 hp Kubota. It IS dangerous and it IS hard on the tractor and it IS NOT what the tractor was made for. But man it works and I'll keep doing it.)

My point is that Mahindra is going out on a limb to show people the real kinds of things you can do with a tractor. Good for them.

Oh. Well, that doesn't seem as reckless....or as tough....but it does make sense. I just kind smash into 'em....but I don't have a back hoe either.

Dead trees are another story. I will not get near one, except with my boom mower, and I can stay 25' away from any falling limbs when I push them over.
Brandi's video is better than the previous one with the ROPS folded down, while out working. I think that was a little bit too unsafe to be an advertisement, whereas Brandi's was fine.

What? No seat belt, or hard hat in use! This is not a good demonstration of safe use of a tractor - especially when pushing over trees. The producer of the commercial screwed up in that department.

The entire tree doesn't have to fall on you to hurt you. Just one limb breaking off of the tree and flying into your face is enough to ruing your day. A combination, hard hat/hearing protectors, as is used with chainsaws is sure better protection than a ponytail.

OK, fine. A hard hat or seat belt won't do squat if a limb breaks off and slaps you in the face.......I guess she should have been wearing long sleeves, hard hat, safety face protector, gloves, knee pads, steel toed boots, UV protectant sun glasses, sun screen, chest protestor, knee pads, asbestos under wear, dust mask, etc. The best thing for safety is liberally applied good old common sense.
