Pine, you might look out someday and that stuff will be growing wild in the field. Try cutting them bolts with the rotary cutter Ha ha.

Just remember my original motto............ <font color="red">"A Bad Day At Work Is Still Better Than A Good Day With The Wife" </font> The wife still gets angry about this even after hearing it for more than 25 years, although we have only been married for 18.... should have realized that it was not a good idea to get hitched, but at the time I was either drugged, under the influence of alcohol, or some alien took control of my brain, and it was over before I realized what had happened. ...... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

</font><font color="blue" class="small">( The Law of Even Numbers:

You will always have an even number of a tool you need -- zero being an even number.

This law applies especially to side cutters and nail trimmers. )</font>

Nail trimmers seem to evaporate around my place.

Inspector we lost two sets of those height spacers the very same way at 15 bucks a set. We finally gave up on the blasted clips and replaced them with cotter pins. Now the aliens don't get any more of our spacers for their abductions. Cotter pins are a lot cheaper then the spacers.

You're probably right about the use of cotter pins Mike. I usually only use the RFM when clearing out under the trees. And with all those branches.....
I just ordered another set from Agri-Supply along with self locking clips. $8.52 for all that, but $6.00 for shipping. I guess convenience of internet shopping has it's price sometimes.

My wife gathers up all them nail clippers and puts them in the "nail clipper hiding place". I know there is one cause she never runs out.

Worst thing I ever lost in the grass was a live .22 round. I still make sure there is nobody around when I mow over that area! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

It's the one thing that I hope really has been stolen by the aliens, and I never see it again, especially while mowing.

</font><font color="blue" class="small">( She was in no mood to hear about my "silly little problem" with an alien stealing clips. She was still cussing about having to buy a new liner for the pool. It split at 3 seams today while emptying it.

edit........
Maybe I need to go check on my utility knives and see if one of the little buggers took one of them and split the
liner..... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif )</font>

Utility knife? You mean one of them things I have to buy by the gross? I do know what them little green men do with them though. Just look in your closet. Them tangled up wire hangers are former knives.

I was hooked on to my trailer the other day and was doing some work on it I laid a couple of cheapy wrenchs on the back bumper of my truck along with a 18 inch Craftsman adjustable wrench. About the time I was finished my wife said I had a phone call so I went in the house took the call and came back out got in the truck and drove about 20 miles round trip. When I went to un hook the trailer there was my cheap wrenchs on the bumper where I had left them. The Craftsman wrench was only $66 to replace.

I lost one RFM wheel unfortuneatly it was the front one which was when I was going over a small dip in the field. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif now THAT was a racket /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif tools and such are always hard to find after taki9ng them out of the package for me.. I have 3 roller tool boxes with about 12 tools in each one. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif then my work bench seems to have 4000 of them, usually ballanced just well enough to not slide off untill you are working right in front of it with tennishoes on and or bare feet /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gifuch::p I'm also looseing my sight and hearind according to the CFO, seems every time I can't find a tool I buy a replacement figuring the alliesn got the old one and then she yells something aobut it's right here and I think a what sounds like a quick "CATCH." then an hr or so later while waking up laying on the floor of the shop i'm usually wondering how I got there:D luckly fo rme I can usually find the toll laying someplace close too bad I always forget WHY I was looking for it> /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
