CDHD hit it with the tire/axel size on the 2305 vs the 2320. The heavier axel on the 2320 can take more weight. I'll bet the two machines can lift the same amounts, but JD is worried about honoring warranties when they come up with specs! FWIW, I've used my 2305 to move crushed gravel, rip rap, dirt, and mulch. It handles full bucket loads of each with ease so long as I have the ballast on the back end. Real-world wise, I believe the real difference between the two is ground clearance and position control.

Another difference would be the hydro cooler. Got mine hot once while trying to break the land speed record with 24 yards of road base (wet).
