Price Check I-Match pricing

Gary - I have quotes from $180 to $225. (The $180 was with a $500 box blade) How about you?

I believe MSRP for this item is $220. My dealer was quoting me a sale price of $190. Anything below $200 I'd say is reasonable. I decided to forego this purchase and went instead with the telescoping draft links.

I called my favorite of the two dealers in the county here and was quoted $180, also. I thought that was one heck of a good price on it based only on it being the same money (withing a dollar) of the price my local Tractor Supply has on their (Speedco?) quick hitch.

TSC cat 1 quick release was $149 and $199 for cat 2.. made by speedco..
or at least what the tag said..

I was looking in the old 2002 Blue Book. There the Cat 1 was $179.48 and Cat 2 was $249.99. I don't have the 2003 Blue Book here.

Hey Bob,
Could you give me some info on the telescoping draft links?
I have a 2210 and would like this option also. Most of the 4xxx accessories are the same for the 2210. I just have a brush hog that I need to attach and un-attach once a week and these links would work nice. I don't really need a quick hitch just for the one implement.

I got a Speeco at Northern Tool with a discount Cupon for net $150 and it has an adjustable top link. The JD does not adjust and locks you into JD attachments. ALL of them are made by the same company. Check it out carefully before commiting to something that will limit the third party attachments.

PS: My top and tilt really makes the hookup of attachments easy.

See pic attached of my telescoping draft links. The levers on top pop up and the links extend about 4-5 inches. They cost me $207 plus install.

The telescoping links make hitching up your 3PH implements a cinch. Just wiggle these around a bit laterally and outward and they hitch up within minutes to your lower lift pins on the implement. Without them one would likely wrestle around with the implement itself which is a good way to pull your back out. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gifI'd highly recommend the purchase of these links.

Not sure if this option is available with the 2210. Check with your dealer. If available, get them. You'll be glad you did.

I was under the impression that the I-Match wasn't limited to JD labeled attachments. Can you explain that to me?

Also, is there any chance you could tell us more about your top and tilt? Is it one you built or bought, etc.?
