I also modified my boom pole to make it iMatch compatible.
Of course, it is now painted JD green /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

have_blue . . . you can buy a quick hitch from many different manufacturers, the local TSC store or Northern Tool. Speeco and Land Pride are two brands I see frequently. Homier has one as well. Prices run from $100 to $250 from what I've seen. You might want to look at several other alternatives as well, Delta, Freedom and Liberty hitches use a Male-Female system to connect implements, Pat's Easy Change simply changes the lower links to locking hooks. All have their applications and all have their advantages/disadvantages. The main problem with the JD iMatch that you will face is the color! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Good looking boom pole. Would you mind sharing where you purchased it and how you made it I-match compatible?

Sure Bebster, I bought the boom pole at Tractor Supply
in Galesburg, Illinois for $70. Of course I put quick hitch
adapters on the lower pins which I also bought at TSC
I think they were about $15-$20. The boom pole
came with just the upper link attaching point. I bought
some flat 1/4 inch steel at a local steel shop. We heated
the two flat pieces with a torch, bent them and then
welded them in place to make the upper connection point
fit the iMatch. Oh yes, I think the boom pole is a Wallace
brand ( I don't know if I spelled that right though)
