Here is a horse story for you. We were given a horse from a so called friend. Well the wife couldn't have just 1 it would get lonely. So she picked up one for me (Cow Girl). Two weeks later first horse dies. Now she has to get a horse to keep the second one company. So she picks up a small horse and says it's for the kids (ages 2 and 4) named Charlie. Then she says that She needs a horse for her to ride so she gets Cricket. The last horse she got was when her and the farier took our trailer looking for a horse for the farier and my wife came home with a "rescue" horse. Circle's teeth were so bad that he wouldn't gain weight and has just started to look better after the dental work. The funny thing is this all happend in about 6 months.

I watched my sister go through two husbands like that. Now that she and her herd are old and gray, I have high hopes for her current worker bee. Granddad's old barn had four full size horse stalls and what used to be space for a small cow herd, just right for 3 ponies. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I thought that with only having 4 stalls it stopped her. Now we may be moving for my job and the homes she wants to look at have much larger barns. As long as she is happy I don't care how many horses we have. Everyone needs a hobby. He hasn't said anything about my shooting or fishing habit yet.

Tell the realator you'll need a room with no outside walls that you can reinforce to confert to your gun safe, Maybe she'll get the idea that horse collections aren't the only thing that can expand beyond all good sense. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
