I have not had a flat on my tractor since 2004 when I had all the tires foam filled--best move I've done by far--last time I had a flat costs me 3 days downtime(long holiday)--that made my mind up-no more flats
If the bearing issues are real, i would imagine it would never effect home owner machines. In a commercial pit machines might run 2000+ hours per year, all in a high dust and high grit enviroment. Lets say the foam halfs the life of wheel bearings (probably far far less, maybe 10-25%) your still talking about thousands oof trouble free hours and some new bearings in 25 years.
