Buying Advice I need your input on a 2018 Brand New Yanmar 359 Cab and 347

Hello you all

I am not an expert in tractors, as a matter fact I am clueless.
I am going to retire from the Navy in 3 month and I just bought 25 acres mostly small mesquite.
I would like to have my retirement as quiet as possible. I been looking at Yanmar 347 and 359 for a long while now.
I got the Yanmar 2019 YT347 ROPS for $27,250 and the New YT359 Cab leftover 2018 for $35,250.
By the way the lot is mostly flat in TX, not rocky.

What is your take? What would be more cost effective or more bang for the money?

Can't go wrong with the Yanmar. You're in Texas so I'm thinking the cab would be nice. Don't know what your plans are for the tractor.
Bang for the buck? Your best bet is to know you got the machine you wanted because it fits your needs. Bang for the buck should not always be measured in money. As a matter of fact, money wouldn't enter my decision at all. If your needs are met with a simpler tractor, then it's just happenstance that it's cheaper.

Picture yourself on a 105 degree day doing whatever on your machine, which seat would you rather be in? Retirement is for enjoyment. Paint the picture that does that best and to he]] with the cost.

Those are some great deals, a lot of tractor for the money, especially the YT359C. For retirement in Texas I’m thinking you definitely need the cab.

The Yanmar YT3 series tractors have the iHMT transmission which puts more power to the ground than a traditional HST and they’re easier to service should the need ever arise. Those tractors look awesome too!

What are some of the applications and needs you will be using the tractor for?

I have some mesquite, half mile driveway, built a pond mid size and later have a Pecan Farm.

Yanmar has been making compact tractors since the early 60's. They made all the John Deere 50 series stuff in the 80's as well as engines in many of their line. Basically, they were Yanmar tractors rebadged as "John Deeres". Yanmar makes one of the best diesels in the business. They have an over 60 year track record of excellence.

They were founded in 1912.

The YT359 is a nice machine with plenty of power. They also come standard with two rear remotes and are pre wired for third function on the loader.

Any chance we can spend more of your money to get the cab?
