I don't know anything about anything. And my tools and shop, or lack there of, are probably pretty disapointing by most of everyone else's standards on here but...I used a Sawzall to cut it, I put the piece of tire up on the flat side of a concrete block so I could stand on the rubber to keep it somewhat still. If I could keep it still it was like butta, the blade looked the same after I was done.
I didn't have but just a little bit of smoke, just when I couldn't keep the rubber from moving
