I purchase a GoKart with Honda engine

Kay, not sure what it is your asking? but I've not got around to removing the engine from it, much less install another over back on,
here is the kart I got with the 11 hp honda engine

I just bought the same engine. Pull start only. Do you know what it would take to make it electric start and were to get the parts? My pull start doesn't work so well. When I pull it, i get about three or four feet of rope before it grabs. I pulled the pull starter off and lube it well. When you pull it, off the engine the ears fly out realy well. Not sure what the problem is. Any help would be great. Thanks
