You, uh, pull that tiller out yet??
Mine is all hooked up. I just need to check the fluids, grease it and go. Right now I’m dealing with livestock... headed downstate tomorrow to pick up day old turkey and meat chickens, so my piglets need to be able to survive alone for 28 hours. You, uh, pull that tiller out yet??

The problem with pigs is that they get bored... so do things like dump their food and water. I have a nipple waterer and in the past I’ve built feeders to hold a bag of grain, so have been able to leave them for up to 3 days. This year’s pair isn’t ready for that yet, however. So long as they're penned up, warm, and relatively fed they ought to be alright. I mean, I haven't raised livestock since I was a teenager, but I remember our pigs being the easiest of them all to take care of.
Provided they didn't escape...![]()
Finally got it out yesterday. Made two passes before one of the inner tubes blew out. Fifty mile round trip to get a replacement. An hour fighting the tire off of, and then back on the rim. You, uh, pull that tiller out yet??

An hour fighting the tire off of, and then back on the rim.Got two passes done on the whole thing before rain started. Probably going to give it one more turn before planting. Trying electric fence for the first time this year, hoping to keep the critters out.
