My point exactly.....it takes 2 minutes to do a "whois" and Google can handle the rest.
I use to have a website with the kids pics on it for distant relatives. The site had no embedded meta tags and no scannable text. I was stunned by the amount of scanning and crawling that hit that sever. I couldn't take the site down fast enough.

OK...... you were able to find out his personal information, but I don't know why you and others seem to find a compelling need to post it additionally on web sites. This has happened to me more than once on TBN and both times, I had to ask that it be removed. How would you feel if I were to be able to figure out who you were and where you lived, and posted it on other websites without your permission. Hey Junk,
I only looked at the garage web page when I posted that I did not see any identifying info for the guy. If you look at the default / main web page, the owner gives out the same info posted in this thread. He is posting it himself. All that was done here was to repost the same info. I see no harm in reposting the same data on here.
Your case is different. You do not publish the info yourself and do not want personal info posted on this forum. I'm the same way. You and I still go by our ID's here rather than our real names just for that reason (I'm guessing).
