Pretty sure it wasn't - which I'd wager would likely be part of the reason the clothing was as covering/concealing as it was....
Very much doubt a helmet would do much good from that height (not even sure how much it'd do to contain the post-impact mess), and also suspect it's way too low for a parachute to be much good (not sure even a wingsuit would be much help either).
As cheap as parts for drones/uav/uas/whatever-you-what-to-call-them are, it really wouldn't be that hard for someone to make their own version of that....
It'll be interesting to see how long before (at least some of) those parts start becoming heavily regulated -- particularly since they've already been used to build improvised "cruise missiles" in some places.
