I want to build a 3ph converter

My friend that builds the docks and tram ways is getting those static converter boxes to run his tram winches pretty cheap. We did build a rotary converter in High school shop when my teacher was building his shop. He sowed us how to go about it. I can get a list on that static converter though.

All done for $150 CDN with a 10hp slave motor works great. I can run two machines at once with this converter.

I built a static phase converter 4 years ago for $45. and have been running a 5hp lathe and two Ironworkers on it ever since.
