Re: The Face Behind The Tag
Bob,
Sorry to have offended you, I really did not even think about your relationship with the Idaho 3g loader when I responded. I was really trying to answer the last part of his post, it had nothing to do with you at all, I was only speaking about what and who I now have some personal experience with and they are definately my biased opinions. By the way I am not a dealer and probably never will be, not enough time or money to get into the game, although I once considered doing so. For now I will just be content with my enthusiasm for imported tractors with the single cyl bucket, they work as advertised, although when doing my original research I was very skeptical, I am no longer skeptical after using them to move alot of material and for the price they cannot be beat (again my biased opinion for anyone who cares).
I will disclaim that I have never set eyes on a Idaho 3g loader, let alone used one, therefore would give no opinion, biased or not, about something of which I know nothing. I have HEARD that they are very nice though and for some that QD option is a necessity based on intended use. Don't know the comparision in price or their availability against the other loaders on the market, again I don't want to speak out of turn, could be they are the best thing out there for the money.
After putting in some serious seat time I will share another of my biased opinions: I believe that anyone who does any kind of serious damage to the loader built like the ones that I have without damaging the tractor, is either using the loader beyond its intended limitations or is crazier than I am. These tractors are great, but they are not designed to be used as a D4 Cat, so when you start breaking things on the tractor or loader one could most likely attribute it to abuse and lack of reasonable care and caution.
Bob, if for some reason I have placed a rock under you hoof, just email me and let me know, I think we could get past it! By the way you are a pretty lucky guy, Buck has never offered to give me a hug, but then again maybe I don't need or deserve one.
Trent.
