Idea for rear tractor weight

I have a Ford 1910 that has carried weight around on the 3 point hitch. I highly recommend taking the weight off those hydraulic cylinders if you are going to carry it around a lot. You will ruin the seals and cause the 3 point to leak down. Mine has a serious problem with it and it's not a cheap fix. I run a pair of cables/chains from the lift arms to the tractor's top link mount to suspend the weight and take the pressure off the hydraulics.
