Identify old disc?

Good afternoon,
First time poster, long time "reader". I have some broken discs on our family disc. Was wondering if anyone can help me with the make/model, and also any assistance with replacing discs and bearings. I think I can make out a very faded Mccormick sticker on the rear of the disc.Thank you very much.

The disc blades can be got at Tractor Supply or Agri Supply. The bearings may be a little harder to find. Do you have a picture of 1 if the bearings? Ken Sweet

I can take a photo of an axle, would that help? There is a long part number on the axles that has "R2111" in it. Thanks.

A picture of the bearing setup is what you need to positive ID box bearing or flange roller bearing. Ken Sweet
