Just did mine the other day, over 140ft so not terrible. Luckily I had 2 other people helping me so one at the well, one a couple feet away and another pulling the line out.

If I ever have to do it again (hope not) I'll just build an A-frame and pull it with the tractor if I can't get any help.

Exactly that was the reason I made this tool for emergency situations that no one could help to pull the pump.

Last time when the drop pipe changed to the poly pipe from the galvanized 6 years ago, I saw an adapter the well guy was using to pull the pipe from the well casing.

It was very convenient for pulling the pipe.

I Just made pipe to pull it up out of the casing today from the recycled pipe and ring.
