Dealer If I return it who eats the return - dealer or JD?

The Deere Promise consists of a small concession from Deere amount depends on the product. It is never enough to off set the cost of selling a new vs. demo or returned. Example is the GX series only refunds $300. I have always charged for cleanup and any parts that need replaced on a 30 day promise. This is unless the product it self is faulty.
