If it weren't for TBN, which implements would you NOT have bought?

I agree that many forums are like that, people like to spend other peoples money, but I honestly believe that TBN is by far the worst. Someone will come ask what tractor they need, with a budget of say 10 grand for instance, and within two posts we are convincing the poor guy he has to spend twice that to even get into something that will work !

In fact, as much as I really do love this forum, I appreciate "other" forums as I'm often pleasantly surprised at the replies. Many times with forums like forestry forum and hearth.com, you find the majority of users saying to use "what you have" or "find a good used such and such". You almost never see that here.

This is by far the "rich mans forum" when compared to so any others.

I know what you mean, kinda like every tractor on here needs 3 remotes and a TnT.

If you get a backhoe you have to get a hydraulic thumb, rubber stabilizer pads, and a quick coupler;)

Are we really rich? Or are we the folks who have learned the hard expensive way that using the smaller machine to do the task can lead to setbacks and complications? Or that when a job needs done a breakdown with that used machine can be a major headache and take that savings away?

I for one have found that spending the money correctly the first time around and getting the right equipment for the job will save me bundles of frustration/time and make me money in the long run.
