Why is it that I start to sweat shortly after I crawl on the tractor? Could it be the clutching, steering, digging, scraping, getting on and off, changing implements, and just in general having a redneck blast? If it is, don't tell the wife. Sounds like you may need to get yourself one of them thar are-conditioned cabs if you start to sweat too much.. Dont want to get over exerted or anything..

Just make sure you have enough "cold ones" so you do not dehydrate.

Here's a little tip in case it's a cool day. Take a little squirt bottle of water with you, and spray the appropriate spots on your shirt before you go in the house. Then go in and make a big deal about getting a drink and cooling off before you go back out.

My wife was spraying prickly pear by hand last weekend and I was grubbing but using the tractor to haul the nasty stuff off.
She told me how hard she was working and how I was just riding around on the tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif Guess I'll try to rig her a four wheeler with a tank and also use the wet my shirt method to make sure she knows I'm still hard at it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
